Sberbank to offer 2 bln rbl structured exchange bonds on Dec 18
MOSCOW, Nov 26 (PRIME) -- Russian top lender Sberbank plans to offer 2 billion rubles of 2-year structured exchange bonds on December 18, the bank said in a statement Monday.
The issue has one coupon period with a fixed coupon rate 0.01% annually and an additional income depending on the price of common shares of Tiffany & Co on the New York Stock Exchange, LVMH on Euronext Paris and Compagnie Financiere Richemont on Switzerland’s SIX.
The bonds will be offered under an exchange bond program registered in October 2015.
